What You’ll Be Doing As an Event Staff member, you’ll be assigned to one of the following key stations based on experience & training: ■Tills (Front of House & Customer Service) – You’ll be the face of Chick ‘n’ Sours, taking orders, processing payments, handling vouchers, & ensuring smooth queue management. Strong communication & customer service skills are essential for keeping the vibes positive & the lines moving efficiently. ■Fryer (Kitchen Operations & Food Quality) – Responsible for frying all chips, chicken, & nuggets to perfection. You’ll ensure food meets our high standards for quality, texture, & temperature. Clear communication with the team & supervisors is key, especially when stock is running low. No raw food handling is required as all items are pre-cooked offsite. ■Stacker (Portioning & Presentation) – You’ll be in charge of portioning fries & chicken into trays, ensuring consistency, speed, & presentation. A keen eye for detail, efficiency, & teamwork will be essential in keeping service smooth. ■Saucer (Final Meal Assembly & Accuracy) – The last stop before food reaches the customer. You’ll sauce, garnish, & differentiate meals, ensuring each order is correct & looks as delicious as it tastes. Precision & speed are vital, along with good communication with the team. What We’re Looking For ■A positive, can-do attitude ■Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure ■Great communication & teamwork skills ■Strong attention to detail, initiative, & demonstrated ability to problem-solve ■Comfortable working long shifts in a fun but demanding festival setting ■Experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles ■Reliability – we need team players who show up & give 100%. ■Willingness to learn & adapt to different stations ■Happy to camp & own camping gear ■Drivers (not essential) - those transporting the teams to site receive extra pay Available for: Most Urgently: ▬Tofte Manor (Weekend 1) 3-4 July (Travel Days 3rd & 4th) ▬Love Supreme 3-5 July (Travel Days 2nd & 6th July) ▬Tofte Manor (Weekend 2) 11th & 12th July (Travel Days 11th & 12th) ►Paid Trial Shifts taking place this weekend 27th & 28th for the above! ▬Tramlines 24-26 July (Travel Days 23rd & 27th July) ▬LIV Golf 24-26 July (Travel Days 23rd & 26th July) ▬Camp Bestival 31 Jul - 2nd Aug (Travel days 30th Jul & 3rd Aug) ▬Lost Village 28-30 Aug (Travel days 28th & 31st Aug) - offered to those who've joined us a considerable amount this summer ►Paid Trial Shifts taking place 10-12 July
