Run by owners Alex, Tom, and their team of housekeeper, driver, hosts; the chalet features stunning interiors, and six en-suite bedrooms, catering for up to 15 guests. We are frequently featured in high end publications around the world including Conde Nast Traveller and are rated No 1 on TripAdvisor. Role Description This is a temporary, winter season, on-site role for a Chef at Chalet Fourmiliere Morzine. Our guests are discerning and used to dining in the finest culinary establishments around the world. The Chef will be responsible for creating and preparing innovative, interesting and visually exciting menus, tailored to our guests, as well as keeping a spotless kitchen, ensuring excellent food safety standards, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. Qualifications, Skill Sets and Expectations • Exceptional culinary skills, menu planning, and food preparation expertise • Ability to creatively accommodate guest dietary needs • Creativity in culinary arts and presentation • Knowledge and delivery of food safety regulations and standards • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work flexibly, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment • English language • Right to live and work in France. For exceptional candidates we may be able to help with work permits. • Full driving license valid in France You must be fluent in English, have an EU passport and/or right to work in France. UK passport holders must be able to obtain a work visa (assistance will be given with this process for successful candidates) All applicants must be aged 21+, have a full clean driving licence and be available from early December 2026 to mid-April 2027 (exact dates to be confirmed).
