Built by a seasonaire, for seasonaires
After university I did two ski seasons, Morzine then Val d'Isère, and worked a couple of festival food trucks along the way. Then I made the questionable decision to swap mountain views for spreadsheets and joined EY as an auditor. But when I went travelling round New Zealand, I kept meeting people who'd built their whole lives around seasonal work, chasing winters and summers across the globe. I was jealous. And I was surprised by how broken the hiring process still was: workers sending dozens of applications to resort-specific job boards, small operators struggling to find anyone. I couldn't believe there wasn't a single platform connecting the two sides. So I built one.

Every winter and summer, thousands of people look for seasonal work: ski chalets, yachts, watersports centres, beach clubs. And thousands of employers need great staff. But the recruitment process is broken.
Workers waste weeks trawling resort-specific job boards, sending dozens of identical emails, and waiting for replies that never come. Small operators can't afford recruitment agencies and struggle to find quality candidates.

PeakWave gives every seasonaire a single profile that works across all seasons and all regions. Employers browse, filter, and message candidates directly. No agencies. No fees. No middlemen.
